Alaska Packers Museum
Learn about Semiahmoo’s fish cannery days dating back to 1894. Visit the Drayton Harbor Maritime Museum. The museum is devoted to featuring the history of the Alaska Packers Association and its impact on the area. The museum is open Friday – Sunday 1 – 5 PM Memorial Day – Labor Day. Located at the park entrance and one mile from the hotel, it is convenient to stop by while biking or walking the beach shore path. Donations are welcome.

Located in the southeast corner of Langley Township, this park includes hiking trails, playing fields and swimming. Rock’n Horse Trail is open to equestrians, cyclists and pedestrians.

Birch Bay Waterslides
Birch Bay Waterslides is a water park for the whole family. With six water slides, a huge river ride, three kiddie slides, an activity pool and an oversized hot tub, it’s a great place for all ages.

Chuckanut Drive
Experience one of Washington’s most scenic roads. State Route 11 (SR 11) known as Chuckanut Drive is a 21.28-mile (34.25 km) long highway that serves Skagit and Whatcom counties. May be accessed either from Northbound or Southbound I-5 north of Burlington and continues northwest through several small towns and the Chuckanut Mountains to the Fairhaven district of Bellingham. Stop by Taylor Shellfish Farm to experience the freshest of local shellfish.

Historic Plover Passenger Ferry Rides
The oldest passenger foot ferry in Washington State, the MV Plover was used to shuttle cannery workers to the Alaskan Salmon Cannery on Semiahmoo Spit, now home to Semiahmoo Resort. MV Plover now provides passenger foot-ferry services during the summer season, shuttling up to 17 passengers along with bicycles and strollers to summer activities happening on both sides of Drayton Harbor. The Plover is certified by the U.S. Coast Guard. Complete details on the Historic Plover with sailing times, routes, history and fares can be found here. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Miniature World Family Fun Center
Miniature World Family Fun Center offers three main attractions; an 18 hole par 72 Miniature Golf Course; a Go-Kart Track with single karts, two seat double karts and kids karts; a Miniature Train ride through the Forest of Imagination. The train stops to allow a visit at the Petting Zoo, where you can feed the animals.

Mt. Baker Ski Area
Mt. Baker Ski Area sits at the edge of the wilderness in the heart of the Northern Cascades of Washington State in the Mt.
