Victoria Room | 1,200 square feet
The Victoria Room, with its wall of windows overlooking White Rock, British Columbia, and Semiahmoo Bay is the perfect venue for any type of event, from meetings and retreats to elegant sit-down dinners. With access to a peaceful courtyard and our Seaview Terrace, we are able to facilitate indoor/outdoor events with ease.

Executive Boardroom | 600 square feet
The Boardroom boasts a professional atmosphere with an incredible and relaxing view of the Gulf Islands and White Rock, British Columbia. The mahogany boardroom table, comfortable executive leather chairs, fireplace, wet bar, balcony and restroom make this room an ideal setting for any type of corporate meeting.

Semiahmoo Grand Ballroom | 6,500 square feet
The Semiahmoo Grand Ballroom can accommodate large groups in any type of meeting or banquet format while maintaining a very comfortable and classy atmosphere. With the elegant pre-function area and the ability to section off the ballroom into three ample rooms of 2,170 square feet each, the Semiahmoo Ballroom offers incredible versatility for meetings and banquets. With a professional catering staff, impeccable service and complete audio/visual support, the Semiahmoo Ballroom offers nearly unlimited options for meetings up to 700 people and banquets up to 570 people.

San Juan Ballroom | 2,880 square feet
Similar to our Semiahmoo Grand Ballroom, the San Juan Ballroom boasts distinguished functionality and flexibility. This ballroom can be broken down into four separate sections, each with 720 square feet of open space. It includes a peaceful, enclosed courtyard and a 1,400 square foot pre-function space for added versatility. With its classic, yet neutral decor, the San Juan Ballroom provides an ideal ambience for a productive meeting, a private dinner or a festive banquet.

Sunset Room | 300 square feet
The Sunset Room is a private dining room with a beautiful view of Semiahmoo Bay, White Rock, British Columbia, and the signature Semiahmoo sunsets over the San Juan Islands. It can accommodate up to 18 people for a relaxed breakfast or daytime meeting or an elegant dinner featuring fresh Pacific Northwest cuisine from nearby Stars, our fine-dining restaurant.

Wine Room | Seats 12
Opulent furnishings and the unique ambiance of a wine cellar make this room perfect for a private dinner. The Wine Room, located at the entrance of Stars, seats up to 12 people. Home to our award-winning wine selections, the Wine Room is the ideal place to spoil your guests with lavish service and delectable cuisine.

Hospitality Parlor Suites | 870 square feet
For smaller meetings and social gatherings, these two suites located on the second and third floors accommodate from 20 - 30 people in a casual living room or conference-style setting. Adjacent to water view guest rooms, both suites have a bathroom and kitchenette with a refrigerator and sink.

Pierside | 2,500 square feet
The grand views from two expansive walls of windows, combined with access to the outdoor deck on the water, make the Pierside Room an ideal setting for a Pacific Northwest themed event. Its high wood beamed ceilings and mahogany wood tables provide a unique setting appropriate for any catered event.

Outdoor Pavilion Tent | 3,200 square feet
Situated on the back deck of the hotel with views of White Rock, British Columbia, and Semiahmoo Bay, this elegant tent provides an ideal setting for an outdoor event. Complete with a chiffon liner and removable walls with windows, the Pavilion Tent provides a unique and festive atmosphere. The Pavilion Tent is available May - September, with space heaters available as needed.

Seaview Terrace
A beautiful waterfront backdrop will set the stage for a memorable event, whether it's a Clam Bake, Caribbean Beach Party, Micro-brew Fest or a Salmon Cook-Out. Your guests are sure to have the time of their lives as we create the perfect evening for your group! The Seaview Terrace is ideal for receptions or dinners from 20 – 300 people.

Discovery Theatre | Seats 58
Home to our nightly showing of "Movies at the Moo," the Discovery Theater has 58 tiered seats with fold-out tables and a rear-screen projection system. This room is ideal for a formal presentation or a casual classroom-style meeting.

Exhibit Hall | 7,200 square feet

Loomis Trail Mansion | Seats 250
Approximately seven miles from the resort, this Tudor-style mansion with crystal chandeliers, a grand staircase, numerous fireplaces and 15 guest rooms is the perfect setting for an exclusive off-site event. Built in 1992, the Loomis Trail Mansion boasts several large dining rooms, salons and reception rooms, a large pub-style bar, a boardroom and a wood-paneled billiard room, all with grand views of the golf course.

Loomis Trail Garden Plaza | Seats 250
Located at the south end of our Loomis Trail Mansion, the new Garden Plaza is the perfect setting for a garden-style wedding or outdoor entertainment function. A tiered, stepped stage area, framed by wood columns and a pergola, surrounded by lush foliage, flowers, walkways and grass areas, makes this a wonderful site for a spring, summer or fall event.

Palmer Room | Seats 80
Located at the Semiahmoo Golf & Country Club, the Palmer Room is a classy private setting for a post golf event or a formal dinner. Overlooking the golf course, with a fireplace and adjacent patio, the Palmer Room is an ideal setting for events year round.

Clubhouse Pavilion | 3,600 square feet
Our Clubhouse Pavilion, located at the Semiahmoo Golf & Country Club, is surrounded by towering cedar trees. Overlooking our golf course, ponds and fountains, this outdoor, covered venue is the newest addition to the Semiahmoo Resort experience. The structure provides versatile seating for up to 250, including ample lighting and heating.
