A Spa receptionist will assist you in coordinating an experience to suit both your needs and special interests. Guests are encouraged to make spa appointments at the same time as guest room reservations. Appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals (10 minutes after scheduled appointment time).
It is suggested you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow ample time to complete treatment forms, change into spa attire and relax. Arriving late may possibly interfere with your treatment time, resulting in a treatment that is less relaxing and beneficial. Be aware all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
What to Wear
For your convenience The Spa at Semiahmoo provides lockers for personal belongings if desired. It is recommended during a massage or spa therapy treatment to enjoy these services without clothing, however undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. We request all guests shower prior to arrival. Robes and sandals are provided for your convenience.
To help maintain a relaxing and therapeutic environment we ask that all electronic devices be turned off and stored in your locker during your visit. The minimum age for treatments is 18 with identification. A parent/guardian must give written consent for all spa guests under the age of 18. Certain treatments are not suitable for those with serious medical conditions. Inform a spa attendant of any special medical conditions or physical needs at the time of booking. Some conditions may require a doctor’s approval. Undergarments are required for leg and bikini services. A swimsuit is optional for all hydrotherapy services. Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for a minimum of 48 hours prior to waxing appointments. We reserve the right to terminate a session because of inappropriate behavior, intoxication, infectious conditions or sexual advances. We recommend you do not wear jewelry or bring valuables to The Spa as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen.
Packages and Groups
We will be happily customize a package to fit your personal needs or preferences. We are happy to accommodate groups with advance notice.
Treatments are reserved especially for you, so we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Group cancellations require a 48-hour notice. All late and no shows will be charged in full.
