The Balancing Act

This 60-minute class is designed to incorporate the whole body. Begin with warm up stretches (flexibility), followed with waking up those core muscles on a ball (balance). Add a bit of (strength) exercises, then cool down with (focused) yoga poses. It happens in the Semiahmoo Fitness Center Movement Room.
