13th Annual Wings Over Water Northwest Birding Festival

Opening and Artist Reception
Friday, March 13
5 – 7 PM

Everyone is invited to meet featured artist Lorna Libert and view an exhibit of her powerful, larger-than-life paintings. There will also be a gallery of artistic bird images by local and professional photographers. Enjoy live music as you sip on wine and sample appetizers. There will also be a fascinating presentation by featured speaker and wildlife expert, David Hancock at 7 PM. Reception is free.

There is a $10 fee for the wine tasting and appetizers. For an additional $2 you can purchase a commemorative Wings Over Water wine glass.

Wood Oven Pizza Class & Dinner

Limited to just 12 participants, this combination class and dinner will showcase the preparation of wood oven pizzas! Yum. Facilitating the evening will be Executive Chef de Cuisine Martin Woods and Beverage Extraordinaire Amberleigh Brownson. Cost is $55 per person.

In addition to traditional brunch fare, there’ll be an omelet station and tasteful sweets table. Make it a family day at Semiahmoo (whatever size your family).

Oyster Shucking

Oyster lovers…this is for you!

Step up to the shucking table which will be set up outside Packers and purchase 8 different kinds of oysters at $2.50 each plus shots of vodka at $5 each. Savor oysters from Drayton Harbor, Dabob Bay (Hood Canal), Penn Cove, Samish Bay, Stellar Bay, Kumamato, Kusshi (BC Canada) and Quilcene Bay.

In addition, Packers will offer NPC Oyster Tasting – served with a glass of Prosecco for $22 + tax per person from 11:30 AM – 11:30 PM or while supplies last!

Mother’s Day Brunch

Mother’s Day is a day of acknowledgment and appreciation which Mom has well earned. Spent together with those she most cherishes. Her family.

For the occasion Culinary Director Eric Truglas and his team will present a scrumptious and bountiful buffet menu featuring chilled items, warm delights, omelet and carving stations, specialties from the farm and sea, and a pastries table. For only $47 per adult ($58 with Champagne Mimosa included); $22 per child ages 6 – 12; children under 5 eat FREE.
