Our Winemaker Series continues in May with a mouth-watering five-course dinner designed by our own Executive Chef Bruno, paired perfectly with the distinctive wines of JM Cellars. The opening reception in the Wine Room will begin at 5:30pm followed by an elegant and quintessentially Pacific Northwest dining experience. Thoughtful pairings include delights such as Scallops Sashimi with JM Cellars2014 Bramble Bump White and Spring Lamb Loin with JM Cellars 2012 Tre Fanciulli.
