We want your visit to The Spa at Semaihmoo Resort to be as relaxing and comfortable as possible. To make the most of your experience, please note the following spa guidelines.

HOURS
9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

All spa services are by appointment only. Same day appointments subject to availability.

SPA FACILITIES
The spa facilities include a fitness center that has a pool, hot tub and pickleball courts that can be reserved ahead of time. The spa itself includes a relaxation room, women and men saunas and steam rooms and various services for esthetics and massage therapies. 

ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your service starts to get settled, to complete any profile information. Our reception team will escort you to the relaxation room.

GRATUITY
For your convenience, we offer an optional 20% gratuity on all spa treatments that can be adjusted up or down depending on your service level. 100% of this charge goes to service personnel.

CANCELLATIONS
48 hours notice is required to avoid cancellation charges.

Yes, though reservations are encouraged. You may book your spa appointment by contacting our spa at 360-318-2060 or book online.

We offer massage, facial, and body treatments! Visit our spa treatments page to view all treatment options.

We have many great treatments on our menu! With different benefits and amazing scents, seasonal facials are a fan favorite with our Spa team.

If you’re a guest of the Resort, please wear the robe and slippers provided in your room. If you’re a day guest, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time to change into a robe and slippers prior to your appointment.

Yes! It is one of our most popular treatments and a perfect way to connect with your special someone and enjoy ultimate relaxation together. For more information on our couple's treatments, check out our spa treatment page.

Access to the Spa and Fitness areas are available to guests 18 and older. Adults must accompany children when entering the pool area.  Hot tub area children must be at least age 6 and accompanied by an adult.

Yes.  Our relaxation room is the perfect place to enjoy the ambience of The Spa. Enjoy the warm glow of the fireplace as you have some tea or order a beverage from our spa team.   Please come to your treatment 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your treatment to take advantage of our relaxation room or you can enjoy this space any time during your visit.

Yes, we do.  Our Mother-To-Be Massage helps to relieve aches in your back and neck and address any leg cramps.  Our therapists use gentle massage techniques to bring relaxation to sore muscles while calming the mind.

There will be a 20% taxable service charge on all spa services. 100% of the service charge will be distributed to service personnel.

The Fitness Center, including the pool, hot tub, courts, and classes, are reserved for members or hotel guests only.
